We only except returns or exchanges for manufacturer defects. Carefully look over each item once you have received your item(s). Even though each item is inspected before shipping, it may still be possible to receive a defective item (excludes items that are labeled as imperfections) . If you think the items you received may be defective please contact us at ask@Londynnco.com within 3 days of receiving your item. Please attach a picture in your email. We will issue an exchange (or refund if item is unavailable) for defective items or items that were sent incorrectly (wrong size, wrong color) within 3 days of delivery. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The site may over sell an item at times, if this happens you will receive an email and a refund from us. We apologize in advance and are very sorry if this causes any inconvenience.

During any pre-order sale it is possible that an item may be placed on back order. MOQ's are a requirement in order to get the lowest cost rates. In the event MOQ's are not met the preorder will be extended or cancelled without notice, and a refund will be submitted to you within 72 hours. please check our preorder update page regular for updates on ALL preorders.

All purchases are shipped via USPS. Standard Shipping is 6.95. Each additional item is 1.00-1.95 depending on weight. All items placed in the same order are shipped together. Unfortunately we are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders. You will receive shipping notification through email once your item(s) has shipped. Once your item has shipped and leaves our possession, we are not responsible for the package; however we will work with you to try and replace your items at a discounted rate. If there is a concern with tracking please contact USPS.

Ready to ship orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. Special releases can take up to 3-5 business days to ship. Custom orders take 7-10 business days. Please do not include weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) or holidays when calculating shipping times. **When adding a vinyl monogram or wording to your order please allow an additional 5-7 business days for your order to ship.

Pre-Orders: Please NOTE, preorders are NON-REFUNDABLE due to the nature of the sale and the items ordered are based on the orders placed by our customers. Each pre-order sale has it's own pre-order closing date. The estimated shipping time is located in the description and Title of each pre-order item. Please make note of each pre-order ending date and estimated shipping time before purchasing. Special seasonal pre-orders or custom orders may take longer to ship. There may be unforeseen circumstances with the vendors that are out of L&C's control and will require L&C to file a claim with PayPal. This will delay the preorder shipment date and in some cases the preorder will be cancelled and your money will be refunded once Paypal releases the funds. LC is not responsible for discrepancies caused by vendors. To avoid delay in shipping of other pre-order sale items and ready to ship items, please place each pre-order sale in a separate order. All items placed in the same order are shipped together. 



If you use a Credit Card for your purchase from Londynn & Co.  your item will ship in the order it was received and without any payment processing delay. All credit card transactions are final and can only be reversed once we have reviewed and approved the order.


You do not need a PayPal account to check out with PayPal. It will give you the option to use your PayPal account or not while your checking out.


We Do Not Accept


L & C offers this payment plan to qualifying customers for a receive it now pay it later option at no additional cost. There is a 25% down payment and 3 bi- weekly payments to pay off the remaining balance. Sezzle is the finance company and your account/payments will go directly to them.


Once your order has been shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through USPS tracking. In the event you are local pick up, you will receive a notification stating your item is ready for pick up if ordered through comments sold or the item is on its way if ordered through the website.


We advise our customers to never leave a young child unsupervised while using our products. Our products contain small components and could potentially become a choking hazard. All Londynn & Co. products are for use at your own risk. By placing an order you agree that Londynn & Co. accepts no liability for use, misuse, or lack of supervision while using our products.


All items will be shipped Via USPS First Class (usually if under a pound) and mostly Priority Mail unless other arrangements have been made. Priority mail takes between 2-3 business days for delivery and USPS First Class or Parcel Post app 3-7 business days. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days, unless you order items that are personalized with embroidery please allow 5-7 days to ship out. Once the order has been shipped please allow 2-7 days shipping time. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping please feel free to contact us. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide please contact USPS.


We do ship international but our shopping cart is not set up to charge for international shipping. If our shipping charge does not cover the cost to ship your package we will invoice you the difference for shipping. If the difference is not paid within 48 hours we will refund your order.


Please note that we do not process or ship orders Saturdays or Sundays. We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. L&C ships daily, we make it our goal to get you your merchandise as soon as possible. During holidays and weekends please allow 3 -5 business days for your RTS order to be fulfilled and 8 weeks for preorders to be fulfilled.


All items purchased "On Clearance" are not eligible for returns and are considered Final Sales.
