Welcome To Better Than Bows!


Better Than Bows is Family Owned and Operated out of Griffin, GA. Tonya Spruill started her business in 2011, after lots of dance mothers showing tons of interest in the hair bows and leg warmers she would make for her own daughter. She loved to see her creations being worn by all the sweet little girls and knew instantly this was it!

Tonya decided to go into the boutique industry for children by handmaking anything from hair bows to birthday outfits! After her 1st two years, she had grown to five employees and was working out of a 1200 sq foot shop creating and designing children’s clothing.

Her business had taken a hit in 2016 from market changes and the economy; however she was determined to keep her business by revamping to a more practical and affordable children’s boutique where she could still offer her custom boutique designs with a price her average customer could afford while keeping up with the latest trends and fashion.

Today, Tonya Spruill is so excited about the growth of her business and is now operating out of a 1000sq ft shipping department and a 1000sq ft. store front with 3 in house team members and 3 virtual assistants! They continue to get better and offer more each year and express their gratitude to their loyal mamas! With a following of over 50K customers, It’s predicted, Better Than Bows, is one of the largest online children’s boutique in the nation!

Shipping & Purchase Policies

Please note we do not process or ship orders Sundays & Mondays. We process and ship all orders Tuesday through Saturday in the order in which they are received. Better Than Bows ships daily, we make it our goal to get you your merchandise out as soon as possible.


  • Credit Card

If you use a Credit Card for your purchase from Better Than Bows your item will ship in the order it was received and without any payment processing delay. All credit card transactions are final and can only be reversed once Better Than Bows has reviewed and approved the order.

  • PayPal

You do not need a PayPal account to check out with PayPal. It will give you the option to use your PayPal account or not while your checking out.

  • E-Check

We do not ship an order until the e check clears. E checks can take anywhere from a few days to weeks to clear. Better Than Bows does not hold your items until the e check clears so if you order and your transaction does not clear before we are out of stock on the item you purchased you will be issued a refund for these items. You cannot purchase a rush order via e-check.

  • Sezzle

Better Than Bows offers this payment plan to qualifying customers for a receive it now pay it later option at no additional cost. There is a 25% down payment and 4 weeks to pay off the remaining balance. Sezzle is the finance company and your account/payments will go directly to them.

  • Partial.ly ly

We offer a second payment plan where there are no qualifications needed and can be used on preorders only. There is a convenience fee of 6.90, 25% down payment and 4 weeks to pay off the balance. Partially pay does not allow coupons or free shipping codes to be used. Please take this into consideration before making your purchase.


Once your order has been shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through USPS tracking. In the event you are local pick up, you will receive a notification stating your item is ready for pick up if ordered through comments sold or the item is on its way if ordered through the website.


We advise our customers to never leave a young child unsupervised while using our products. Our products contain small components and could potentially become a choking hazard. All Better Than Bows products are for use at your own risk. By placing an order you agree that Better Than Bows accepts no liability for use, misuse, or lack of supervision while using our products.


All items will be shipped Via USPS First Class (usually if under a pound) and mostly Priority Mail unless other arrangements have been made. Priority mail takes between 2-3 business days for delivery and USPS First Class or Parcel Post app 3-7 business days. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days, unless you order items that are personalized with embroidery please allow 5-7 days to ship out. Once the order has been shipped please allow 2-7 days shipping time. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping please feel free to contact us. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide please contact USPS.


We do ship international but our shopping cart is not set up to charge for international shipping. If our shipping charge does not cover the cost to ship your package we will invoice you the difference for shipping. If the difference is not paid within 48 hours we will refund your order.

During holidays and weekends please allow 3 -5 business days for your RTS order to be fulfilled and 6-8 weeks for preorders to be fulfilled.


All items purchased "On Clearance" are not eligible for returns and are considered Final Sales.
